You place the order in the client panel and pay by bank transfer on the basis of a pro forma invoice (due in 7 days) or online. The editorial team starts work after the payment is credited and the complete brief or materials have been received; the VAT invoice is issued after the payment is credited.
The article is published on substraty.pl (in Polish) and on the international site feedstockdata.com (the English-language twin of the service, built on the same content base). Translation and all editing are carried out by the editorial team. The article is also translated into further language versions as they are added, at no extra charge.

The editorial team sends you a version for approval within 10 working days of receiving the complete materials. The publication date after approval is agreed with you. The status of the order is visible in the panel.
With the label “Sponsored article” above the title, on article cards and in the RSS feed, together with a “Partner content: [company name]” box. Links to your company carry the attribute rel="sponsored". The labelling cannot be removed or changed at a client’s request.
Yes. The editorial team takes the final decision on content and publication: we refuse texts containing false or unverifiable information, comparative advertising that is unlawful, content disparaging others, infringing third-party rights or unrelated to the subject of the site. A refusal is accompanied by reasons; a refund follows from § 8(7) of the Terms for paid services.
